Dalida has lived and worked in China since 1990. In 1995 she started to workwith various multinational companies in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan deliveringVision, Values & Goals, Leadership and Teambuilding programs. During thistime she gained insight into Organizational, Leadership and Team issues thatthatcorporation faces in a fast changing environment. In 2002 Dalida founded Small Steps (China) Ltd. with the initial aim of implementing her corporate sector experience in facilitating change for non-profit organizations in Asia. She has working experience in China, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Mongolia and Thailand. Following the way of change that overtook China and the initiation of an advanced approach to organizational work, she founded Small Steps Coaching International, assisting performance enhancement of individuals and teams through coaching. She is fluent in English, Chinese and Serbian and in spare time practises internal martial arts (Taichi, Xinyi and Bagua). ![]()
