From Lama Temple go south, on the same side of the street where Lama Temple is, turn left (east) to the Beixin Hutong. Pass Touch Woman Cafe and turn right (south) into Qianyongkang Hutong. Follow the curve and after 150m you will see a sign for Qianyongkang Hutong Yi Xiang. We are in the same building where that sign is, the door is facing north- towards the temple.
From Beixin Qiao underground, take the north-east exit and turn north by KFC. Take the right turn into the Beixin Qiao San Tiao Hutong. Turn left at the first Hutong (it is a narrow hutong with the sign for a video surveillance, and then take the right turn. The first door on your right is Small Steps office/Life MBA Center
