Small Steps uses various accelerated learning techniquesto:

  • Deliver workshops and presentations

  • Provide one-to-one and team coaching


Workshops focus on wider organizational/team development areas such as:

  • Vision

  • Values

  • Goals

  • Team Performance

The best outcomes are achieved with out-of-office workshop implementation over 1 to 3 days. The main reason for this is to be removed from office distractions and maintain focus on specific issues defined prior to the workshop.

Workshops use action learning approach – contents are delivered with mixture of experiential tailor-made activities and facilitated discussion which focuses on specific issues you face at the workplace. The process includes: needs assessment, delivery and final report.



Presentations consist of 2-4 hour topic introduction of following topics:

  • Communication

  • Neuro Linguistic Programming

  • Emotional Intelligence

  • Time Management

  • Stress Management

  • Problem Solving

Team Coaching

The objectives of team coaching are specific and are generally set at the beginning of the coaching program. A program typically involves several (four or five) two-hour team sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis over a three- to six-month period, depending on the degree of urgency and team’s objectives. Team meetings are enhanced by at least three concurrent individual coaching sessions, during which members work on their action plans as they relate to the team’s objectives.


One-to-One Coaching

Our coach works with individuals to enhance team members’ skills capabilities which include planning skills, delegation, time management, dealing with difficult colleagues/clients and enhancing individual interpersonal skills. Coach balances individuals’ personal needs and goals with those of the organization. Coaching sessions are delivered over an agreed period of time, each session is 1-1.5 hrs long.
